Privacy policy

Faraz Enterprises ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through farazenterprises.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We handle personal information in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

Information we collect

• Information you give us. When you use a form on this site we collect your name, email address and anything else you choose to include: phone number, company, the service you are interested in, and your message.
• Information collected automatically. With each form submission we record the page you sent it from, the referring page and any campaign (UTM) tags in the link you followed, so we know which of our pages and campaigns are useful.
• Technical information. Our hosting providers keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and time of request) to keep the site secure and working.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare any proposal you ask for.
• To provide the services you engage us for, and to manage our relationship with you.
• To understand which pages and campaigns bring enquiries, so we can improve the site.
• To protect the site and our forms from spam and abuse.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for purposes you would not reasonably expect without asking you first.

Consent and marketing email

By sending a form you consent to us contacting you about your enquiry. We will only add you to marketing email with your express consent, as required by Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), and every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe.

Sharing and storage

We share personal information only with service providers who help us run our business, such as website hosting, form processing and email delivery, and only as much as they need to do that work. They are bound to protect it. Some providers may store or process information outside Canada, in which case it may be subject to the laws of that country.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond and to maintain our business records, and then delete or anonymise it. Client records are kept for the period required by Canadian tax and business law.

How we protect it

We use safeguards suited to the sensitivity of the information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls limited to the staff who need it, and security monitoring of the systems that store it.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent to its use, subject to legal and contractual limits. Email us at hello@farazenterprises.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

This site does not set advertising cookies. If we add analytics or advertising tools in future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required.
